" Ordered a helmet on Sunday 9/13/29 which was not in stock at the store in West Palm Beach for a up coming trip leaving the next Saturday. Order # 29787482. Was promised delivery no later than Thursday by sales girl. Helmet never arrived until the next Monday not allowing me to use it for the 10 day motorcycle trip. I'm sure there are a million excuses of why the helmet was late. They knew what warehouse it was being shipped from and how long it takes as it was shown on line the next day AFTER it shipped. Very disappointed. A very long customer relationship destroyed by one poorly trained sales girl. "
